If canceled before dispatched for a 1st attempt, a $15 processing/handling fee will still apply. If canceled after dispatched on a 1st attempt, no refunds will be available (except for additional services). You agree that Quick Serve of Oregon reserves the right to attempt service at other locations and methods, even if additional addresses or methods were not requested. You hereby agree that all payments for invoices will be due upon receipt, partial or full pre-payment may be required, and/or payments shall be submitted by debit/credit card via our payment processing system.
