*Per mile cost applies to Standard Service for locations outside of incorporated boundaries of Primary Cities. Central Oregon cities and Eugene were effective after December 1st.

***Service option that is helpful for difficult service cases, multiple parties. Includes brief consult. All mileage driven is charged.

Affidavits for out-of-state or federal courts shall be provided by the requester who also is responsible for ensuring the affidavit or certificate of service meets the courts requirements.

OTHER SERVICE FEES
A $20 fee for service of documents for papers filed in courts outside of Oregon and Arizona, including all federal courts. Affidavits unable to be handled through our software ServeManager via eSignature incur a $5 handling fee. $25 for Oregon affidavits requiring or requesting server to obtain notary (includes wet signature fee). Not typically required in Oregon Circuit Court's for service.

Requester must provide all documents to be served, including any cover-pages and instructions. Quickserve is unable to guarantee local rules for out-of-state or federal courts, so it is the responsibility of requester to detail such requirements.

Rush / Same-day requests are $30 per address attempted. Base fee for Standard Service is per addresses attempted/served. 3 attempts included per address, but mileage billed for each attempt. 25¢ per printed page after first 10 pages. Service on individuals who are known to present safety concerns may incur an additional fee.

$25 Fee is required for affidavits requiring the process server to obtain notary. A $5 fee applies for affidavits that require a "wet" signature (non-esignature), which is included in notary. $10 for each additional electronic affidavit (ie non-service for each attempt)

A $25 fee is required to cover the $20 fee ($5 of which is for handling) charged for service made on the Oregon Secretary of State.

If canceled before dispatched for a 1st attempt, a $15 processing/handling + printing fees will still apply.

Debit/credit card payments only unless an established client with consolidated payment terms. If exceptions made for check payments a $10 handling fee will apply.
